1. About role

This role focuses on delivering high-quality support to clients through various channels-calls, tickets, chats, and documentation. You’ll follow standard operating procedures, assist clients with their questions and account verifications, and help maintain an efficient and friendly support environment. This position includes shift work (24/7), including occasional public holidays, as part of a rotating team schedule.

2. What we are looking for

We’re looking for a communicative, service-minded individual who can stay calm under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and represent the company with professionalism and care. You should be comfortable with shift work and enjoy helping people solve problems. Fluency in Thai and a good command of English are essential.

3. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (recent graduates welcome)
  • Ability to work 8-hour shifts, 5 days/week, including some weekends
  • Fluent in Thai, with a good command of English
  • Strong communication skills across phone, email, and chat
